Job Description

Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a seasoned Chief Software Asset Manager - ServiceNow Expert to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Proposal Writing and Oral Presentations
  • ServiceNow Expertise with extensive knowledge of software asset management tools and technologies
  • Software License Inventory Management with experience in developing and maintaining software license inventories
  • Support Documentation for software license management
  • Unused or Underutilized Software Licenses identification and analysis
  • Gap Analysis and recommendations to management
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ Years of Experience required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding Communication Skills with ability to work independently
  • 5+ Years of Software Asset Management Experience and 5+ years of Service Now (SNOW) experience

The ideal candidate will have CMS experience and be able to work in a virtual environment. SSG offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Security Clearance Requirements

A Public Trust (MBI) clearance is required for this position. U.S. citizenship is also a requirement.
