Job Purpose

The Repair Coordinator will receive and evaluate customer assets for FAA certification, ensuring their safe and efficient return to service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inbound units for repair and certification
  • Enter repair order data into the ERP system and create sales orders
  • Evaluate repair opportunities and communicate with sales teams
  • Transfer repair paperwork and process item transfers
  • Provide regular updates to repair stations on open orders
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or inventory-based environments
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
Working Conditions
