  • Design and Drafting: Create sketches, AutoCAD designs, and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Verify that all work adheres to industry safety and quality standards.
  • Mechanical Power Analysis: Execute power calculations to enhance system efficiency.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop technical proposals and select mechanical components for engineering designs.
  • Quality Enhancement: Identify opportunities for product quality improvements through engineering assessments.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team, providing technical insights to assist in securing new projects.
  • On-Site Support: Deliver field assistance, troubleshooting issues to ensure successful installations.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or a related discipline).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service or engineering capacity, focusing on material handling.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in addressing technical challenges.
  • Physical capability to work at heights, including climbing and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Expertise in precision measurement tools and technical drawing software.
  • Excellent communication skills, technical acumen, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office for documentation purposes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Discrete Element Method (DEM) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Professional Engineer (PE) designation.
  • Knowledge of laser scanning technology and metallurgical principles.
