Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at our Durham, NC learning center. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement unique behavior plans for each individual learner.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each learner
  • Collect data and conduct assessments during sessions
  • Work 1-on-1 with assigned learners and in group sessions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Benefits
  • Hourly rate starting at $20.00/hour
  • Primarily center-based services
  • Day shift schedule between 9 am and 6 pm
  • Full-time and part-time options available
