We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team at SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during a challenging time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to their families
  • Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and the hospice team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Manage patient clinical records and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs
Requirements
  • RN license in the state of employment (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current drivers license and automobile insurance
  • Current CPR certification
