Design Lead for Mechanical Projects

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Design Lead for Mechanical Projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading mechanical design project teams in creating innovative solutions for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments.

  • Develop and implement effective design strategies to meet project needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development of project schedules, scopes, budgets, and staffing plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program and 7 years of mechanical engineering experience. EPC project experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment design codes (ASME, ANSI, API, PIP, NACE).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The total annual compensation package for this position includes a base salary of $165,000 and an incentive bonus ranging up to $20,000, based on individual performance and company goals.
