Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for Oracle database environments, including security, maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient database design and implementation for both OLTP and data warehouse applications.
  • Implement and manage database structures, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system efficiency and security.
  • Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize resource utilization.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with a strong understanding of Oracle 12.x and 18.x databases.
  • Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13, SQLNavigator, and SQLDeveloper.
  • Solid knowledge of PL/SQL programming and database design principles.
  • Familiarity with Erwin, Business Objects, and Informatica PowerCenter is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
