About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our 24-bed Intermediate Intensive Care Unit and 24-bed Cardiac ICU. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in unit-based council to contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures

Requirements- Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire
- Minimum 1 year of recent and continuous critical care experience or 3 years in an acute care setting with 400 hours in a critical care unit within the previous year
