Position Overview
We are in search of an associate attorney with a minimum of four years of experience to join our vibrant business and transactional practice group.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist senior attorneys in providing counsel to clients on various corporate issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, and general corporate transactions.

Conduct legal research to address clients' needs and deliver well-founded legal opinions.
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Engage in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Bar in Minnesota.
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in corporate law.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, and general corporate law principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
