Thoracic Surgeon Opportunity at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County

We are seeking a highly skilled Thoracic Surgeon to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. As a Thoracic Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the most difficult and highly specialized professional surgical work in thoracic surgery.
  • Direct patient care and supervision of house staff and NP's, PA's, medical students of the surgical team.
  • Attend weekly staff conferences and assist in the maintenance of standard of performance of physicians and of other professional employees working in the service.
  • Perform related work as required or as directed by the Chief of Service or Director of Service.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Thoracic Surgery.
  • Current licensed NYS registration.
  • Graduate of an approved medical program.
