  • Human Resources/Leadership Skills: Effectively recruit, hire, train, motivate, and lead employees, ensuring all openings are filled on a timely basis and employee performance is accurately assessed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus in Business Administration and/or Merchandising preferred.
  • Five years retail experience with a minimum of three years retail management experience.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt in a growing and changing environment.
  • Able to build teams, motivate, lead, and influence others.
