Retail Customer Service Team Member

As a Retail Customer Service Team Member - Stocking and Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This includes assisting customers in finding products, providing solutions to their needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting customers in shopping, locating products, and providing solutions to their needs
- Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards
- Engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and completing enrollments
- Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assisting with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
- Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- SUPPORTING shrink and safety programs
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; executing Company policies and standards
- Interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values; projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment: Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas, some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be required. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
