Overview:

We are currently in search of a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming and registering guests upon arrival.
• Assisting with reservations, pre-registrations, and room allocations.
• Providing support for large groups during check-in.
• Familiarizing oneself with the local area to assist guests in discovering dining, shopping, and unique attractions.
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Processing payments in accordance with established procedures, including credit card authorizations.
• Ensuring accurate cash, check, and credit card reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Responding to inquiries and catering to guests' needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborating with other departments as necessary to address guest requests or concerns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Outgoing and personable, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
