Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist to join our In-Patient team in Appleton, WI. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and collecting high-quality blood samples for laboratory testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and other specialized tests
  • Enter patient information into our database with accuracy and timeliness
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required
  • Maintain accurate patient and specimen logs
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Travel to additional sites as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
  • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist preferred
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
