Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Specialist I to join our team at American Packing and Gasket. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packaging products according to order requests
  • Operating bagging room machinery to meet production goals
  • Counting, weighing, and measuring products to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Forklift certification or eligibility to be certified within 30 days
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow written instructions

Working Conditions:

The Distribution Specialist I will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on meeting production targets. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Salary: $15.00 per hour
