Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations and ensuring that production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain Fuso tea bagging machines and other required machinery
  • Perform quality control checks on material produced
  • Interpret work orders and implement instructions
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Follow preventative maintenance protocols
  • Complete required paperwork and checklists
  • Minimize errors and waste
Requirements
  • Experience as a Machine Operator or Technician
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Desire to lead a team and perform to high standards
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
