We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Shores Animal Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, developing and implementing clinical protocols, and mentoring our veterinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols to ensure best-in-class patient care
  • Mentor and train our veterinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with our hospital manager to drive financial performance and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Florida
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
