Nurse Practitioner

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
