We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our Internal Medicine team, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Internal Medicine and Emergency Doctors, as well as our talented RVTs and support staff in a growing department.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficient animal handling and restraint techniques.
  • Engage directly with pet owners throughout their visit.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with EzyVet and Smartboards is advantageous.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
  • Provide compassionate and comprehensive patient care.
  • Understand blood transfusions and crossmatching (training available).
  • Gain knowledge in scoping procedures, including upper/lower GI, Cystoscopy, and bronchoscopy (training available).
  • Familiarity with chronic disease processes relevant to internal medicine, such as IBD, Diabetes, and Cushing's disease.

This role offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
