Incredible Health is actively hiring a Clinical Care Specialist in Belleville, NJ to provide specialized care for patients with medium to high acuity needs. Job Summary:
This role involves administering medications and implementing complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly.

About the Role:

  • Closely monitor vital signs, IV drips and other key indicators
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions
  • Maintain timely and accurate patient records

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $70,920 and $117,990 depending on experience and qualifications.
