Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at Azaaki, LLC, a leading healthcare staffing solutions provider.

This is an on-site position requiring 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with office equipment, general computer knowledge, and the ability to type 35 wpm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office assistance, preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, and maintaining database information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides clerical, secretarial, and billing support for staff.
  • Types various correspondence and reports from rough draft and compiled data.
  • Researches and gathers materials, assembles reports, and maintains database information.
  • Candidates should have min 5 years exp or college experience, with admin experience.
