Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team and assume overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget.
- Cost forecasting, owner change order preparation and negotiation, and owner/subcontractor management are additional duties.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience, including large-scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare, and general commercial construction.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year. If you have commercial experience ranging from $10M – $20M and/or a healthcare project experience from $10M – $100M, we encourage you to apply.
