Job Description

Role Summary

The Retail Sales Associate - Inventory Focused at Vuori is a key member of our sales team, responsible for forging connections with customers and communicating our brand values through exceptional product knowledge and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by providing personalized service and ensuring each customer receives the best possible experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product knowledge and trends in the fashion and active-wear industry to serve as an expert for customers.
  • Assist in the completion of projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience and supporting business goals.
  • Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives.

Operations

  • Ensure the backroom is tidy and easy to navigate.
  • Handle daily destock and restock tasks to maintain a fully stocked floor.
  • Support weekly cycle counts and identify product concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
