Position Overview:
The Walsh Group is actively seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent to support our construction initiatives. This role is crucial for overseeing various aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project superintendent and team members to ensure smooth operations.

- Efficiently manage and schedule work crews.

- Monitor work processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.

- Inspire and guide the team to successfully complete all project phases.

- Oversee safety planning for the crew and ensure compliance.

- Assist the project management team in adhering to all legal and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate engineering and layout requirements promptly.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.

- Certain positions may necessitate relocation.
