Role Overview: As the Academic Support Facilitator, you will oversee the management and success of students in our computer labs, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages academic achievement and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the computer labs are prepared and maintained for safe and effective operation.
- Foster a welcoming and secure environment for all students.
- Independently instruct and monitor students in the use of technology and educational platforms to ensure adherence to instructional guidelines.
- Assess and address student behavior on an ongoing basis, providing tailored support as needed.
- Track and encourage individual student progress in alignment with established timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records of student performance, including attendance and progress data.
- Prepare and submit reports on student achievements and activities.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with organizational policies, applying appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Support students with academic challenges and provide motivational guidance.
- Engage in team meetings and collaborate with staff to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

- Experience in alternative education or classroom settings is preferred.
