ResponsibilitiesThe Division of Nephrology & Hypertension at Mayo Clinic is seeking a board-certified/board eligible academic nephrologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the clinical practice, conducting research, and contributing to the education of trainees. We are committed to expanding our research activities in Arizona and offer opportunities for collaboration with colleagues investigating complex diseases and conditions.
Research OpportunitiesMayo Clinic Arizona is investing heavily in research, with a 52.3% increase in extramural research funding and a 24% increase in active R01 grants over the past year. Our new Integrated Education & Research Building will open in 2024, providing state-of-the-art facilities for research and education. We are excited to offer an opportunity to join a rapidly growing academic practice focused on providing high-quality medical care, teaching future caregivers, and improving patient outcomes through research.
