Registered Nurse IMCU PRN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a critical care registered nurse, you will provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac and vascular patients. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with cardiac and vascular conditions.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
- BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross).
- Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia (within 3 months from hire).
- PCCN Certification (preferred).
- TNCC Certification (preferred).
- TCAR Certification (preferred).
