- Perform capacity management and budgeting, ensuring warranty tracking and maintenance.
- Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
- Experience with software environment design, installation, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, middleware, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to lead team members in complex problem analysis and issue resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and oversight to team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
