Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end and sales floor areas.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the store as needed.
