We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Account Manager to join our team in San Diego. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining relationships between City Wide and independent contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with independent contractors and in-house labor by communicating client priorities and collaborating to solve problems.
- Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing and gain new business.
- Communicate with Facility Solutions Managers daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
- Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
- Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Must be bi-ligual (English/Spanish)
- MUST be available on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
