Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including vital signs, phlebotomy, and other clinical duties.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining electronic medical records and performing front office procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of medical assisting experience preferred.
  • Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required; willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Phlebotomy certification and hands-on experience required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
