Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Education in Vancouver, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for students.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment to promote student growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Washington state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
