PACS Inc is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing effective treatment plans, and providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral and develop treatment plans that meet their individual needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions.
- Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation conferences as needed.
- Record evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current licensure as a Speech Therapist in the state.
- Proficient in computer skills, including inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
- Ability to read technical procedures, policy and procedure manuals, and effectively present information to others.
The work environment is typically low to moderate noise level. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
