Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified disorders.
- Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and provide a comprehensive support system.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure: Washington state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience: Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
