Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Bliss Car Wash. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our car wash facility, ensuring a positive experience for our guests and a safe and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule employees within company guidelines and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty through our membership program.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve operational issues and improve overall site performance.
  • Ensure the site is fully operational during business hours and follow through on site open/close process.
  • Responsible for creating a positive culture to ensure exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
  • Accountable for providing strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team while providing direction, feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results.
  • Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits.
  • Oversee the site's appearance and conditions to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate
  • Supervisor/Manager experience in Car Wash, Retail or Guest Service Industries (Preferred)
