A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe and attractive environment for residents at Somerby of Mobile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, and other building systems.
  • Complete preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
  • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
  • Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
