Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests and providing personalized service
  • Perform short services, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting

  • Support the Experience Manager in driving sales, guest service, and in-store events
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to guests
Requirements
  • Cosmetology or esthetics license (where required by state law)
  • Experience in makeup application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
