Position Overview

The role of the Marketing Communications Specialist and Designer is to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing messages and visually appealing designs that resonate with our target demographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement field marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales teams, key accounts, and other marketing professionals.
  • Oversee content creation and management, primarily leveraging global resources.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products and vertical solutions across various sales channels.
  • Partner with channel collaborators and service providers to coordinate joint marketing initiatives.
  • Align channel and field marketing events with primary demand generation efforts to cultivate marketing-qualified leads through integrated, multi-channel programs.
  • Manage lead generation for collaborative partner events, regional showcases, and various marketing strategies supporting the sales organization.
  • Evaluate results and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing channel marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget management for channel marketing projects, ensuring a positive return on investment.
  • Oversee the inventory and distribution of marketing materials as part of the regional marketing plan.
  • Support the organization and execution of webinars, ensuring timely delivery of content and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate weekly marketing updates, ensuring distribution and documentation.
  • Review marketing tools and platforms to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications or a creative role.
  • Proficient in graphic design principles with a high level of expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Preferred: Experience in marketing security or other complex commercial electronic products.

Special Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and project management abilities, including creative design and copywriting skills, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial. An entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach are necessary. The candidate should be comfortable working in a matrixed organization, demonstrating a high degree of independence and informal leadership capabilities.

Additional Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $95,000. Individual compensation is determined based on various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location.
