Job Description: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Consultative Search Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing all activities related to the billing process, providing follow-up support to billing attorneys, billing secretaries, practice office staff, and clients in all aspects related to billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and perform all activities related to the billing process, including preparing and analyzing complex client billing
  • Provide follow-up support to billing attorneys, billing secretaries, practice office staff, and clients in all aspects related to billing
  • Act as liaison between billing attorney/secretarial staff, practice office billing staff, and clients' staff by providing expert level subject matter support
  • Ensure that all tasks and duties completed are done within the firm's set guidelines and policies

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Display thorough knowledge of bookkeeping procedures such as posting, balancing, debits and credits, and journal entries

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
