Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and helping customers with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Help customers with their financial needs, including opening new accounts and applying for loans
  • Work with customers to understand their financial goals and provide recommendations for achieving them
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or military experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
