Job Title: Brand & Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Communications Manager to join our team at Kirtland Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand communications strategies to establish and maintain a favorable image and reputation for our credit union.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support product verticals and the Kirtland Credit Union brand.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic brand communications plans to enhance the favorable brand image and reputation among targeted audiences.
  • Manage and maintain community and media relations, including crafting and managing social media communications and statements for the credit union.
  • Write, review, edit, and approve key brand messaging across all platforms and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, LOB management, and ELT to ensure alignment and create synergies across all media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or relevant field preferred.
  • Five+ years of experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and project management software.
  • Experience with concept development and omni-channel environments.
