Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Medication Management: Collaborate with medical directors to prescribe and manage medications, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education and support to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including medical directors, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Hold a degree as a PMHNP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and be licensed as a psychiatric APRN in good standing.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of clinical and administrative experience in a psychiatric setting.
  • Certifications: Be board certified and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Work Environment

Our healthcare facility operates Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. As a member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to a positive and teamwork-oriented atmosphere, while providing exceptional patient care and services.
