Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility at SEKSUN TEXAS INC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and leading a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery in the warehouse
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, at least 3 years
- SAP Experience required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment and tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Knowledge of distribution center operations is a plus
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Spanish language considered as asset
