Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising one or more departments within the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse and distribution operations, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate time, attendance, and performance management records, as well as recommending performance management actions.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing training certification programs, ensuring that warehouse employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and monitoring performance standards for warehouse functions, including pick, pack, and ship. They will also be responsible for processing returned merchandise and establishing and monitoring performance standards for equipment, assembly, and housekeeping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of inventory control processes, electrical, construction, or mechanical products, and basic computer skills. They will also be able to operate a forklift or have the ability to obtain a forklift certification.
