  10. Effectively execute supply and demand material plans, ensuring right part, right place, right time with minimal inventory and meet master production schedule.
  11. Track changes in business needs and adjust order quantities to accommodate business fluctuations.
  12. Identify supply issues, flag with the appropriate owners across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and coordinate with production planners for solutions when parts cannot be delivered as promised.

  14. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to procurement and data reporting.
  15. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and optimize procurement processes.
  16. Maintain proactive shortage identification and management, help flag root causes, and corrective actions.

  19. Establish policies for purchasing (MRP, e-Kanban, discreet purchase orders, etc.).
  20. Communicate forecasts and replenishment plans to supplier.
  21. Maintain and update analytical tools and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  22. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and ensure alignment with production needs.
  23. Provide feedback on supplier performance and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
  24. Own the reporting and analysis of supply and material health and ensure that stakeholders have the inputs they need to make decisions across Engineering Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
