Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Lead HVAC Technician to oversee our HVAC operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians, conducting daily check-ins, reinforcing company processes, and maximizing training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of service technicians at all levels of experience
  • Conduct daily check-ins and reinforce company processes
  • Maximize training opportunities for team members
  • Mentor and oversee team members
  • Work alongside team members to troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial systems
  • Maintain communication with customers, workers, and owners to ensure quality services
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certification and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems
  • Experience managing technicians or employees to work efficiently
  • Pride in work and a focus on quality over speed
  • Strong communication skills to connect with customers and earn 5-star reviews
  • Trustworthiness and reliability

Preferred Qualifications
  • NATE certification
  • Experience with Service Titan
