Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supermarket Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our refrigeration and HVAC equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including commercial systems and building controls
  • Utilize work order management systems to receive and document repair activities
  • Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls
  • Inspect, operate, and test facilities, equipment, and fixtures to diagnose issues
  • Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
  • Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
  • Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
