We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Broward County. As a RN Homecare Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- Working under license for 1 year.
- G-tube, trach, and/or vent care experience.
