Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Florida
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • At least one year of experience working under license
  • Experience with G-tube, trach, and/or vent care
