Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Florida
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- At least one year of experience working under license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, and/or vent care
