Job Summary

Tufts Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, evaluating patient conditions, and ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates patient conditions and ensures patient safety through proper use of restraint/support devices.
  • Reviews each examination for technical accuracy and presents completed examination to appropriate supervisor.
  • Coordinates radiographic examination to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all hospital-related information.
  • Reports all safety hazards that could harm patients, visitors, or other hospital employees.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of approved School of Radiological Technology.
  • Certification granted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
  • Licensed by the Massachusetts Radiation Control Board.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years directly related experience.
